What counts as one classification?
One classification is one credit: a single line item taken through the full treatment, a 10 digit HS code with the complete GIR reasoning chain, 9 agency PGA screening, sanctions check, anti-dumping and FTA analysis, duty and landed cost, and a complete audit trail. Bulk uploads, available from the Pro plan, are billed one credit per line item, and every line gets the same treatment.
Do credits expire?
It depends on the type. Credits you purchase, whether as a Pay As You Go pack or as extras on a subscription, never expire and roll over forever. The credits included with a monthly subscription reset at the start of each billing month. Broker volume is seasonal, so anything you actually pay for stays yours.
What is included each month, and do extra credits roll over?
Pro includes 25 credits per month, Compliance includes 35, and Pro+ includes 50. Those included credits reset each month. Need more? Buy extra credit packs anytime (25 for $25, 60 for $50, 125 for $100) on any plan, and those purchased credits roll over forever. Annual billing saves 15% on every subscription tier.
If the AI gets a classification wrong, who is liable?
The licensed broker or importer of record retains full liability. CLIQ is a research and drafting tool, not a filing system. Every classification goes through broker review, and the audit trail captures the AI draft, the GIR reasoning, and the broker's final decision including any overrides.
Is my classification data secure?
CLIQ uses TLS 1.3 encryption and isolated databases per country. Classification data is never used for AI model training and never shared with third parties. Enterprise clients can configure data residency and request a private instance.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Start on Pay As You Go, move to Pro when you need Bulk and all classification types, step up to Compliance for monitoring, audit and reporting, and a team workspace, or talk to us about Brokerage / Enterprise for SSO, API, and custom volume. Pro+ with full CRM is coming soon. Any credits you have purchased stay valid because they never expire.
