When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and professional details (broker license number, business name). When you use our classification services, we process the product descriptions, documents, and images you submit.
We use your data to provide customs classification services, maintain your account, process payments, and improve our service. Product data you submit is processed by our AI classification engine and is not used to train AI models.
Your data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted in North America. Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage (S3-compatible). We retain classification data for as long as your account is active.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: (a) Anthropic for AI classification processing, (b) Stripe for payment processing, (c) as required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion permanently removes all associated data.
