CustomsLogIQ provides AI-assisted customs classification, valuation, and compliance screening tools. Our service is a decision-support tool — final classification decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed customs broker or importer of record.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Broker accounts require a valid BN15 license number.
Classifications consume credits based on complexity. Seat subscriptions are billed monthly at $99/seat. Credits do not expire. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may not use the service for: illegal imports, sanctions evasion, submitting false product descriptions, or any activity that violates Canadian customs law.
CustomsLogIQ provides classification suggestions based on available data and AI analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any classification. Users should verify all classifications before filing with CBSA. We are not liable for penalties, duties, or losses resulting from reliance on our classifications.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
