As Managing Partner of Logistics and Customs Services Inc., a licensed Canadian customs brokerage with more than three decades of operating history, he has spent his career inside the exact workflows CustomsLogIQ is built to transform: tariff classification, landed cost, regulatory screening, and compliance monitoring under real audit pressure. He built CustomsLogIQ to solve the problems he and his team live with every day, pairing deep domain knowledge with AI to give brokers, importers, and compliance teams faster, more defensible classification decisions.

As the founder of Logistics and Customs Services Inc., a licensed Canadian customs brokerage, he has spent over three decades helping importers and exporters navigate the complexities of cross border trade, regulatory compliance, and customs classification. That operational depth is the foundation CustomsLogIQ is built on. He understands the daily realities customs brokers and trade compliance teams face because he has lived them. As CFOO, he leads the company’s financial and operational strategy, ensuring CustomsLogIQ scales with the same discipline and integrity that built Logistics and Customs Services Inc. over the past 30 years.

Chris is the Cofounder and Chief Technology Officer of CustomsLogIQ, and the architect behind the platform. With more than a decade of experience in supply chain and customs, he combines deep industry knowledge with strong technical capability as a self taught engineer and experienced software builder. He engineered the platform’s classification engine, GIR reasoning chain, landed cost logic, sanctions and PGA screening, and audit trail, giving compliance teams a clear and defensible record of every decision. He oversees how CustomsLogIQ connects with Canadian and US customs systems, including the data standards, filing workflows, and technical requirements needed to support compliant trade operations.

Princess leads the growth engine at CustomsLogIQ. With a full stack background and hands on experience building AI powered product features, she brings both strategic marketing judgment and technical execution to her role. As Head Marketing Specialist, she owns CustomsLogIQ’s positioning in a category where many competitors rely on traditional enterprise sales decks. Her work tells the story that differentiates CustomsLogIQ and makes its value clear to modern compliance teams.

Ramona is a licensed trade compliance authority with decades on the front lines of classification. A licensed customs broker and Certified Customs Specialist with more than 20 years in customs and trade compliance, she has classified tens of thousands of products, led compliance for brokerages and importers, and defended classifications through CBSA and CBP audits. At CustomsLogIQ she owns classification methodology, GIR rigour, and regulatory accuracy across jurisdictions, translating frontline judgment into the guardrails, citations, and override flows that make the AI defensible. She is the reason a broker can hand CustomsLogIQ the legwork without handing over the liability. Expertise on the inside is what makes confidence on the outside real, and Ramona is that expertise.

With over 40 years in supply chain, business development, and trade technology, Larry has built go to market motions from the ground up, opened national channel partnerships, and grown revenue lines from zero into the eight figures. He knows the customs brokerage world from the inside, holding deep relationships across industry associations including the CSCB (Canadian Society of Customs Brokers) and NCBFAA (National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America). As Head of Sales and Strategic Advisor, he brings the rare combination of frontline brokerage fluency and enterprise selling discipline, guiding CustomsLogIQ’s commercial strategy and opening doors.

She brings over 15 years of customs and logistics knowledge.
